I have to do ceiling repair in my dinning room, which is below a bathroom containing a stool whose seal needs to be replaced. The carpenter suggested that a lowered ceiling would be less costly after the repair was done to make the whole ceiling compatible and save on the heat energy. Do you have suggestions to add to this?
