Home Renovation

Tucked into a village on Maryland's Tilghman Island, this 1890s home boasted magnificent water views. But those views came with serious design flaws and an awkward floor plan. Crumbling chimneys, dangerous wiring, leaky windows, and ill-designed additions made the home less than stately.
